Palleton offers standard 48 x 40 inch GMA pallets along with custom sizes for oversized, narrow, irregularly shaped, or product-specific loads. Custom dimensions are reviewed alongside product measurements, load weight, handling methods, racking, carrier requirements, and shipping workflow. Drawings and samples can be provided for customer approval when a custom pallet design is required.

Available materials include new hardwood, new softwood, recycled wood, and combination new-and-recycled lumber. Material selection can be matched to application requirements, budget considerations, reuse goals, and load-support needs. Recycled pallets are inspected and repaired according to Palleton’s standards, while custom designs can use specified lumber options.

Specialty pallet designs are available for conveyors, stretch wrappers, and automated material-handling systems. Palleton reviews the product dimensions, load weight, handling method, equipment interfaces, and shipping workflow before recommending a design. This review helps align pallet construction with the customer’s operational requirements rather than assuming a standard pallet will suit every system.

ISPM-15 heat-treated pallets are used for qualifying solid-wood packaging in international shipments to countries that enforce the standard. Treatment brings the wood core to at least 56°C (133°F) for a minimum of 30 minutes, and compliant packaging carries the required marking. Treatment availability should be specified when requesting export pallets.

Palleton supports ongoing pallet supply programmes for standard, recycled, custom, and other pallet requirements. Available support can include grade selection, pallet engineering, inspection and repair, tracking, coordinated delivery, buy-back or core recovery where available, and production coordination.
